New Initiative has worked closely with Season’s Residence and Retreat, two of Niseko’s most desirable chalets, and Mandala a forward-thinking Singapore based hospitality and lifestyle group, to bring Seasons Yōso to life.

Engaged to provide strategic support on Naming, Brand Development, Identity and Creative Strategy for this new development in Niseko, Japan – New Initiative has helped to set the tone for this most considered and sensitive of developments. Drawing on the provenance of place and the vision of architect Nakayama to develop a cohesive and thoughtful narrative representing the quintessence of alpine living and a refined lifestyle that transcends the everyday.
